enise Dollard combines
her background in social work and business to arrive at the right balance of
humanistic realism and organizational excellence.
Throughout her entrepreneurial and financial services careers, she has held
a variety of positions, ranging from sales management (100 banking offices)
to the management and delivery of business, leadership and lending training
for employers and clients throughout California. In these roles, Denise has
developed an intuitive, common sense approach to management and leadership
that is well-received across a variety of industries.
As a consultant,
Denise approaches all projects by addressing the perspective of both company
management and staff to meet objectives. The result is an integrative plan
that maximizes results. Her passion lies in transferring knowledge and
skills to employees so they are equipped to excel in their jobs.
She has an under
graduate degree in social welfare and completed the Graduate School of
Banking at Pacific Coast Banking School, University of Washington,
Seattle. In 1999, she co-founded Business Insights, Inc. The company
performs as strategic thinking partners and/or project managers to assist
clients in completing challenging initiatives. Its specialties include
teambuilding, organizational development, customer service, morale and
communications.
Denise is
a skilled facilitator and instructor, as well as a favored guest speaker at
non-profit organizations to which she is affiliated. |
